  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 5 egg (s), hard-boiled, peeled

Instructions

  1. Make a fluffy meat batter from minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and onions. Divide this into 5 large portions. Flatten each portion, place an egg on top and cover with the meat batter. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry brown all over in hot oil in the pan.
  2. Before serving, cut in the middle so that the dumpling looks like a small nest.
