  • 6 medium apples, (Boskoop)
  • 150 g cane suar
  • 150 g almond (s), rouhly chopped
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Halve the peeled and pitted apples and place with the cut surface facing down in a thick buttered dish.
  2. Mix the flour in a cup with some cold cream, add a little milk if necessary. Heat the rest of the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the cream and flour mixture and bring to the boil briefly while stirring constantly. Add the almonds and pour the sauce over the apples.
  3. Bake at 225 ° for 15-20 minutes.
