Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 apples
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 250 ml water
  • Chocolate sprinkles, as required

Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients for the base into a smooth dough and place in a springform pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C and allow to cool.
  2. For the topping, bring 1/4 liter of water, lemon juice, egg and sugar to the boil. Grate and add apples and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder. Let the mixture cool down and put on the bottom. Whip 1 cup of cream until stiff and spread it all over.
  3. Finally, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate on top.
