- 5 carrot (s), grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 85 g almond (s), finely chopped

- Beat eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl until frothy. Heat the butter and milk until just before boiling and add to the egg mixture while stirring. Fold in the flour mixed with baking powder.
