Ingredients

  • 6 croissants for baking (mini croissants)
  • 1 large apple
  • Jam (blackberry jam)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the croissants in half and brush with the blackberry jam. Put the lid back on and cut in half again. Layer the croissants in a baking dish with the cut surface facing down.
  2. Peel the apple and cut into thin wedges. Put the gaps between the croissants.
  3. Mix the milk with the eggs and sugar and spread over the croissants. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
