Curd Casserole “Sweet Tooth”

Cottage cheese casserole with condensed milk and semolina. Casserole with raisins and candied fruits will impress neither children nor adults. Prepared the Sweet Tooth cottage cheese casserole for Easter.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Condensed milk – 1 can
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Raisins – 100 g (to taste)
  • Candied fruits – 100 g (to taste)

Directions

  1. Place the curd in a bowl. Beat with a blender. Drive eggs into cottage cheese. Add a can of condensed milk. Beat everything well. Wash candied fruits and raisins.
  2. Add raisins and candied fruits to the curd mass. Add 2 tbsp of semolina. Stir and leave for 10 minutes. Turn on the oven. Grease the molds with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the curd mass into the molds.
  3. Place in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. Cook curd casserole with raisins and candied fruits at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 40-45 minutes).
  4. “Sweet Tooth” curd casserole with condensed milk is ready. Chill the casserole before serving.
