Curd Sweets with Raspberries

Flavored raspberry sweets are prepared very simply and contain only natural products. Both adults and children will like these sweets.

Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Raspberries – 200 g
- Cottage cheese – 150 g
- Gelatin (instant) – 10 g
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Water – 70 ml
For decoration:
- Raspberries – 50 g
- Coconut flakes – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Put raspberries in a bowl (leave some raspberries for decoration), add sugar. Blend well with a blender.
- Strain the raspberries through a sieve.
- Add cottage cheese to the raspberry mass.
- Kill again with a blender.
- Pour gelatin with water and leave for 5 minutes. Then heat to 70 degrees until completely dissolved.
- Add the gelatin to the curd-raspberry mass, mix well.
- Pour the resulting mass into a container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove the frozen mass from the container, cut with a knife into small pieces, and roll in coconut flakes.
- Decorate with fresh raspberries and serve.
