- 2 egg (s)
- 400 g spelled flour, (whole wheat flour)
- 200 g natural yourt, 0.1% fat
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 points baking powder
- some sweetener, more liquid
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- possibly lump sugar

- Beat the eggs until frothy. Then stir in natural yoghurt, quark and sweetener. Mix the baking powder with the wholemeal flour and the spices and stir in. Possibly stir in a little lukewarm water (approx. 50 ml).
- Now place small heaps of dough with 2 tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, keeping your distance as the quark particles rise in the oven. If you like, sprinkle sugar on top and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
