Curd Cake with Raspberries

A simple recipe for delicious homemade pastries with seasonal berries is a curd cake with raspberries.
Ingredients
- Flour – 1 glass
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Butter – 40 g
- Sugar – 1 glass
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 15% – 2 tbsp
- Baking powder – 15 g
- Raspberries – 200 g
- Yolk – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold
Directions
- Combine flour with sugar, baking powder, cottage cheese and pour in melted butter. Beat 2 eggs and add to the mixture. Add sour cream there.
- Stir until smooth.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Pour half of the dough into a mold.
- Arrange the raspberries in one layer.
- Pour out the remaining dough and brush with whipped yolk. Send the curd cake with raspberries to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.
- Curd cake with raspberries is ready.
- Cool slightly and cut.
- Before serving, sprinkle the curd cake with icing sugar and garnish with raspberries.
