Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 pack cake topping
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g natural yourt (1.5%)
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • Possibly grated chocolate or biscuits, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Prepare an icing from the juice and the icing powder according to the package instructions, fold in the cherries and allow to cool. Stirring occasionally.
  2. In the meantime, mix the quark with the yoghurt, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark. Divide the mixture between two bowls.
  3. Grate the marzipan and stir in half of the quark mixture and the Nutella in the other half.
  4. Now layer everything in bowls. First cherries, then Nutella quark and finally the marzipan quark. Chill until ready to eat.
  5. Tip: If you want, you can decorate with chocolate sprinkles or the like or layer crumbled biscuits in the dessert.
