  • 100 ml milk and / or cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and carrots, as well as the pumpkin. Dice these ingredients and boil them in 1 liter of water. As soon as the vegetables are soft, puree with a hand blender, add the previously warmed milk / cream and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Decorate with sesame seeds.
