- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 stalk parsley
- 2 teaspoons, heaped pine nuts

- Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them if necessary. But they can also be eaten with the peel. Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Fry the potato slices in a pan with a little oil for 10 minutes. Turn regularly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, rosemary, pine nuts and parsley.
