Ingredients

  • 200 g quark
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 8 tablespoon milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 300 g quark
  • 150 g yourt
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, cream (alternatively vanilla)
  • 1 can peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches well on a sieve.
  2. Mix the quark with the oil, sugar, egg and milk. Mix the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the quark mass and briefly knead everything with the dough hook to form a smooth dough. (Do not knead too long, otherwise the dough will stick!)
  4. Divide into 8 equal portions. Roll these out on a lightly floured work surface into small cakes approx. 3-4 mm thick and press the dough together at the edges with your fingertips to a height of approx. 1 cm.
  5. Cover a tray with baking paper. Spread the dough evenly on top.
  6. There should be enough space, if not, insert a second sheet if necessary.
  7. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  8. For the topping, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then gradually stir in the quark, yogurt, milk and pudding powder.
  9. Distribute the mixture as evenly as possible on the dough.
  10. Place one half of the peach on top and press lightly so that they sink a little into the curd mixture and this spreads further to the edges.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
