- Prepare all ingredients.
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into medium sized cubes. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Wash the cale, break it into small pieces, put it on the bottom of the plate.
- Dissolve sesame paste with water until creamy, add dry garlic, salt and lemon juice.
- Collect the salad. Place canned chickpeas and sweet potatoes on a plate.
- Add chopped cherry tomatoes and top with sauce.
