Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Batat – 1 Piece
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 100-150 Grams
  • Chickpea – 150 Grams
  • Cale – 50 Grams
  • Sesame paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Dry Garlic – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peel the sweet potato and cut into medium sized cubes. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Wash the cale, break it into small pieces, put it on the bottom of the plate.
  4. Dissolve sesame paste with water until creamy, add dry garlic, salt and lemon juice.
  5. Collect the salad. Place canned chickpeas and sweet potatoes on a plate.
  6. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and top with sauce.
