Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 80 g suar
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 packet vanilla sugar or 2 vanilla pods
- 80 g butter
- 1 packet dry yeast, or 20 g fresh yeast
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s) or milk

- Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and yeast together, then add salt. Add melted butter and milk and knead well and for a long time. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until the ball of dough has almost doubled in size.
- Shape the rolls, brush with egg yolk or milk and cut lightly at the top with a knife. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
- Bake at 200 degrees or 180 degrees convection for about 20 minutes until the rolls are nice and brown.
- Tip:
- The dough is also suitable for yeast plaits or the like.
