Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or 2 vanilla pods
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 packet dry yeast, or 20 g fresh yeast
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s) or milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and yeast together, then add salt. Add melted butter and milk and knead well and for a long time. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until the ball of dough has almost doubled in size.
  2. Shape the rolls, brush with egg yolk or milk and cut lightly at the top with a knife. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees or 180 degrees convection for about 20 minutes until the rolls are nice and brown.
