- 500 g mararine or butter
- 500g flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Egg yolks for brushing
- Sugar for sprinkling

- Dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Let rest overnight.
- Roll out the dough and cut out small squares. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
