  • 1 cube yeast
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle.
  2. Mix yeast, warm (not hot !!!) milk and sugar and pour into the hollow. Let rise for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Then add the egg and softened butter and knead everything. Add enough flour that the dough doesn`t stick to your fingers. Then let rise for 1 - 2 hours.
  4. It`s a very fluffy and fluffy yeast dough, a poem. Preferably make it under apple or plum cake.
