Ingredients

  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • Vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g spahetti
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Wash the chard and cut into strips.
  2. Instead of pasta water, bring a sufficient amount of stock to the boil. Cook the spaghetti and chard together.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix with oil.
  4. Drain the pasta and vegetables and collect 2 tablespoons of pasta water. Mix the pasta with the oil and garlic mixture and 2 tablespoons of pasta water. Rub the parmesan on top.
