Instructions

  1. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into small pieces. Dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Cut tomatoes into slices. Layer everything in order in a large bowl (lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, corn and beans). Spread the sour cream on top and spread the Texicana Salsa on top. Then cover generously with cheese.
  2. Shortly before serving, crumble the tacos and spread over them (otherwise they will be mushy).
  3. The salad still tastes delicious the next day. It is very difficult to give an indication of how many people here, as there are usually other salads or similar. In any case, a large bowl is needed.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
