Ingredients

  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • Salt water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 5 slices cooked ham
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • some margarine for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients. Cut the boiled ham into small cubes and the onion into strips (cubes are also possible, of course). Microwave the spinach for about a minute to thaw it a little.
  2. When the noodles are done they are drained and chilled. You can continue to use the pot right away.
  3. Put some margarine in the pot and wait for it to melt. Now fry the onions and the boiled ham. Finally add the spinach. When everything is seared, add the cream, I take 2 cups, you can of course vary the amount.
  4. Now season the sauce with pepper, salt and broth and add the pasta. Heat everything again and serve.
