  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemon (s), organic
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 400 g crème fraîche
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 300 g shrimp (s), frozen
  • 60 g rocket
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the lemon with hot water and finely grate 4 teaspoons of the peel and squeeze the lemons.
  2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until they are firm to the bite. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan, sauté the onions and garlic over a medium heat.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and let it melt. Deglaze the onions with 8 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraîche and season the sauce with lemon zest, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  5. Warm the prawns in the sauce, this takes about 5 minutes.
  6. When the noodles are firm to the bite, mix with the lemon sauce and serve on the plate with the rocket.
