Ingredients
- 2 kg potato (s), waxy
- 1 large cucumber (s), or 2 small ones
- 1 glass salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 2 small Bottle / s dressing (yoghurt dressing)
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon balsamic cream
- 3 teaspoon herb mixture, frozen (8 herbs)
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder

- Boil the potatoes until they are done, let them cool and peel them. Slice.
- Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and completely scrape out the stones. Halve the halves lengthways again, then cut into slices and add to the potatoes.
- In an extra bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into a light dressing. Pour everything over the salad, stir carefully and leave it to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- Season again to taste before serving.
