Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.25 ¼ cube yeast
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 125 ml milk

For covering:

  • 150 g bacon, smoked, lean, diced
  • 150 g sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, milk and salt and let rise for about 20 minutes.
  2. Halve the onion and cut into very thin strips. Mix the sour cream, flour and oil with a whisk to a smooth cream and season with salt.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly in two portions on the floured work surface. Place on a greased or lined baking tray, brush with cream and sprinkle with onions and diced bacon. Bake in the oven preheated to 250 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
