  • 1 cup sour cream, 24%
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • Salt and pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 large tortilla (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche together. Cut the onion into strips or slices, cut the spring onions into small pieces, cut the bacon into small pieces (you can simply put it on top later) and mix everything with the sour cream and crème fraîche mixture. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. Take a large tortilla each, spread the mixture on top (if there is no bacon in the mixture, put the strips on top) and place the tortillas in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
