Tender Chicken Fillet Casserole

If you love hearty and delicious poultry dishes, then you should definitely take note of the recipe for making tender chicken fillet casserole.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 300 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Mayonnaise – 1-2 Art. spoons (or sour cream)
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. The first step is to wash and dry the fillets. Cut into small cubes with a sharp knife (the smaller, the juicier and more uniform the tender chicken fillet casserole at home will be).
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Add dried herbs, spices, etc. if desired. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a baking dish. The bottom can be lightly greased with butter or vegetable oil, or covered with parchment, for example.
  3. Drive the eggs into a small bowl and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and mayonnaise. Stir well and pour the chicken over with the mixture.
  4. Beauty and a little flavor of the dish add fresh tomato. It needs to be washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into thin slices. Put on top and send the form to the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  5. That’s the whole simple recipe for tender chicken fillet casserole. 5 minutes before cooking, you can add a handful of grated cheese on top, and decorate with fresh herbs before serving.
