Chicken Chops “Tenderness”

Chicken chops are a quick and tasty dish that doesn’t require you to spend a lot of time in the kitchen while cooking. Such homemade food will delight everyone since the most tender chicken fillet is already the key to a successful dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500-600 g
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 4 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower oil – for frying

Directions

  1. You will need two chicken breasts to make a delicious chicken chop meat dish. We wash them, cut the breasts longitudinally into two equal parts. We remove streaks and fat.
    Add salt, black pepper and other spices to taste that you use for meat dishes.
  2. We beat off each piece with a special hammer. Once again, add some spices.
  3. For the batter, we need flour and chicken eggs. Before frying, roll each piece in a bowl of flour.
  4. Then place the pieces in a bowl of eggs. They should be lightly beaten. You can add a little salt and black pepper to the egg mixture
  5. Next, we transfer a piece of chicken meat to a hot frying pan, where we fry on both sides until a beautiful golden crust forms on the chops. We do this with each piece.
    As a result, we get delicious and tender chicken chops that should be served hot to family and guests.
