  1. Slice the chicken breast diagonally into slices.
  2. Cover the chicken fillet with cling film and beat well.

  4. Peel the garlic, wash and squeeze through a press. Coat the meat with garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each bite in an egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and put the breaded chicken fillet into the hot oil.
  7. Fry the chicken chops in breadcrumbs on both sides over medium heat.
