Chicken Chops in Breadcrumbs

A simple recipe for chicken breast chops in breadcrumbs. This version of chicken chops is slightly different in that the chicken fillet is generously coated with garlic before frying, this will give the finished dish an unsurpassed garlic flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (whole) – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – how long will it take
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – how much will it take

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken breast diagonally into slices.
  2. Cover the chicken fillet with cling film and beat well.
  3. Thus, beat off all the chicken fillet.
  4. Peel the garlic, wash and squeeze through a press. Coat the meat with garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each bite in an egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and put the breaded chicken fillet into the hot oil.
  7. Fry the chicken chops in breadcrumbs on both sides over medium heat.
  8. Chicken chops in breadcrumbs are ready!
