Cheesecakes “Tenderness”

Do you like hot cheesecakes for breakfast? I really love. And I advise you tender cheesecakes. Fast, tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese – 250 g
- Chicken eggs – 1-2 pcs.
- Vanillin – 1 pinch
- Sugar – 3-4 tbsp (to taste)
- Flour – 5-6 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon (slaked 0.5 teaspoon vinegar)
- Sour cream (for serving) – to taste
Directions
- Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Add eggs. Add sugar, salt, vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly. Extinguish the soda with vinegar, add to the dough. Mix.
- Sift the flour, add to the bowl to the curd mass. Form cheese cakes, roll them in flour.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the cheese cakes in hot oil. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, first on one side for about 2 minutes, then turn over and fry on the other side in the same way (about 2 minutes). So fry all the cheesecakes. Cheesecakes “Tenderness” are ready! Serve hot pancakes with sour cream, honey or jam.
