Ingredients

For the glaze:

1 egg white
40 g powdered suar

Instructions

Process all ingredients into a smooth dough and, if necessary (dough too soft), chill.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Line baking trays with parchment paper.
Shape the dough into balls by hand (approx. 2.5 cm in diameter) and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 12-14 minutes
ATTENTION: Please note the degree of browning !!! The balls may only have a very light browning on the contact surface!
