Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, clarified butter, eggs and sugar until frothy. Add Citro-Back and rum or arrak and keep stirring. Then stir in the flour. Put the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Roll out thinly and cut out cookies of your choice. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° C - 200 ° C fan oven for approx. 5-8 minutes.
  4. Tip: I always fill some of the cookies with jam or nougat.
