Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 g flour
- 110 g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 130 g suar
- 130 g suar, brown
- 130 g butter
- 60 g peanut butter
- 2 points vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
For the filling:
- 200 g peanut butter
- 180 g powdered suar
- 100 g suar, for drapin

- Dough preparation:
- Beat the butter, sugar, peanut butter and eggs until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa and stir until smooth. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Preparation-filling:
- Mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar. Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Take a 1 tablespoon piece from the dough and shape it flat with your hands. Place a ball of filling in the middle and put a second piece of dough flat on top. Press in the edges and roll the biscuit in sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten the biscuits with a glass. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
