  • Pork – 500 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Funchoza – 200 g
  • Soy sauce – 0.5 tablespoon
  • Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon. + for frying
  • Honey – 2 teaspoon
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon.
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Green onion – a few feathers

  1. How to cook pork in teriyaki sauce with funchose:
  2. Cut the pork into long pieces.
  3. Prepare the marinade: Combine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, honey, and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour marinade over the meat and leave for 1 hour.
  5. Pour some oil into a deep frying pan and fry the pieces, having previously squeezed out of the marinade.
  6. When a golden crust appears, pour the marinade into a skillet and evaporate over medium heat.
  7. When the sauce thickens a little, add the bell pepper, cut into small pieces. Cook until some sauce remains in the pot.
  8. Pour boiling water over funchoza for 7 minutes and rinse with cold water.
  9. When serving, put funhouse on a plate, put pieces of meat and pepper on top, pour over with sauce, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
