Teriyaki Pork with Funchose

A colorful Chinese dish – appetizing meat in teriyaki sauce and glass noodles (funchose). Very tasty and simple!

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Funchoza – 200 g
  • Soy sauce – 0.5 tablespoon
  • Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon. + for frying
  • Honey – 2 teaspoon
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon.
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Green onion – a few feathers

Directions

  1. How to cook pork in teriyaki sauce with funchose:
  2. Cut the pork into long pieces.
  3. Prepare the marinade: Combine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, honey, and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour marinade over the meat and leave for 1 hour.
  5. Pour some oil into a deep frying pan and fry the pieces, having previously squeezed out of the marinade.
  6. When a golden crust appears, pour the marinade into a skillet and evaporate over medium heat.
  7. When the sauce thickens a little, add the bell pepper, cut into small pieces. Cook until some sauce remains in the pot.
  8. Pour boiling water over funchoza for 7 minutes and rinse with cold water.
  9. When serving, put funhouse on a plate, put pieces of meat and pepper on top, pour over with sauce, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
  10. You can add the noodles to the meat so that it is saturated with the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add the onion directly when serving.
