Ingredients

  • 8 apples, e.g. Braeburn
  • 100 ml cider, alternatively apple juice
  • 30 ml calvados
  • 2 sticks cinnamon, alternatively cinnamon powder
  • 50 g suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Wash, core and eighth the apples.
  2. In a saucepan, dissolve the brown sugar with the cinnamon stick in the cider and calvados, reduce a little.
  3. Then add the apples and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Puree with the magic wand. If necessary, season with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. If you don`t like it that way, you can of course remove the peel from the apples.
  6. As is well known, these are the most valuable of the apple, so stay tuned with me.
