  • 1 dash rum
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone (about a third of a 500 g cup) with the egg yolk, the well-crushed sweetener tablets and a dash of rum until frothy. Then fold in the beaten egg white. Fill into two bowls and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
