Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s), fresh greens
  • 4 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 3-fold concentrate
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled vinegar, 40%
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cream, 25 g
  • 4 cl olive oil
  • Pepper, more colorful from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the cucumber and cut into 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. Peel the onions, cut into strips, peel the garlic, cut into small pieces.
  3. Wash tomatoes, remove the blossom, process bite-sized.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté cucumbers, onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and cream.
  5. Season with salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and finally cut the basil into strips and fold in.
