Ingredients
- 3 tomato (s), finely diced
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
- 4 stalks parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 80 g paprika paste, mild (e.. Ajvar)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- lemon juice

- Stew onion, garlic, paprika and tomato cubes in the olive oil for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Finally, add a little lemon juice to taste.
