- 1 clove garlic
- 6 tablespoon parmesan
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Slice tomatoes and garlic. Fry in a pan with a little oil for three minutes on each side. Let the garlic and tomatoes cool.
- Slice the parmesan.
- Fish the garlic out of the pan and mix the tomatoes with sour cream, parmesan and thyme. Puree everything in the blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
