- 4 large wrap (s)
- 8 leaves lettuce
- 4 medium tomato (s)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 2 teaspoons pesto, (B) asilikumpesto
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Roll out the wraps. Position 2 lettuce leaves in the middle.
- Halve the tomatoes and cut into half slices. Dab the mozzarella well and cut into strips. Put the pesto and balsamic vinegar in a medium bowl and stir. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella, season with salt and pepper and stir gently until everything is halfway mixed.
- Place a quarter of this mixture on top of the lettuce leaves. Roll up the wraps and fold over at the ends, or first fold over the ends and then roll up, as desired.
