Ingredients
- 3 tomato (s)
- salt
- 1 slice (s) ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- some orange zest
- 0.3 orange (n)
- some coriander
- clove some (s), ground
- some allspice
- some cinnamon
- some pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla, ground
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar, alternatively white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cranberry vinegar, alternatively raspberry vinegar
- 6 leaves coriander green

- Chop the tomatoes and season with salt, strain in a colander for a few minutes and drain. In the meantime, fillet about a third of an orange. Cut the ginger into very small cubes.
- Mix all ingredients well except for the tomatoes. Add the well-drained tomatoes, mix everything briefly and leave to stand for half an hour. After the steeping time, season the salad to taste, cut the coriander leaves into small pieces and mix in briefly. Serve the salad immediately.
