- 4 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, bianco
- 2 slices toast
- salt and pepper

- Cut the tomatoes and honeydew melon into pieces, dice the sheep`s cheese, and cut the spring onions into small slices.
- Make a dressing from honey, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Toast toast, cut into pieces and pour over the salad. Finally, drizzle some honey over the whole thing.
