Ingredients
- 3 vine tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 tomato (s), overripe
- 2 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 2 pinches herbal salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- some basil leaves for garnish

- Wash the tomatoes on the vine, remove the stems and cut into slices. Arrange on a platter. Peel and slice the onion and spread over the tomatoes.
- Wash the overripe tomato; Remove the stalk and dice with vinegar, vanilla sugar and
- Pour rapeseed oil into a beaker and puree with the hand blender.
- Spread the vinaigrette over the tomatoes. Then season with herbal salt and 3 turns of black pepper from the mill.
- Wash the basil and plucked it over the tomato salad to garnish.
