Ingredients

  • 800 g spinach leaves, preferably fresh
  • 1 onion (s), red, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), chunky
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the diced onions, chopped chilli and chopped garlic in olive oil. Add the leaf spinach piece by piece (also all at once in a large pot). As soon as the leaves are cooked, add the chunky tomatoes. Let the vegetables simmer for a moment until most of the liquid has evaporated. Finally season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rice or bread go well with it.
