Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 500 g pork fillet (s), (small pork schnitzel)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • some fat, for the shape
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • nutmeg
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Grease a flat shape. Layer the potato slices in it.
  2. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix the cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic and pour over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / hot air: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes.
  3. Wash tomatoes and zucchini and cut into slices. After 20 minutes, spread over the potatoes, season and continue baking.
  4. Wash the meat and cut into small slices. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillets briefly.
  5. Coarsely grate the cheese. Place the fillets, basil and cheese on the vegetables approx. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bake them.
