Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 4 tomato (s)
- 250 g mozzarella
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon herbs, finely chopped

- Wash and slice the zucchini thoroughly. Fry the zucchini slices briefly on both sides with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
- Make a juice from the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, the herbs and the remaining olive oil.
- Layer the zucchini slices, tomatoes and mozzarella alternately in a dish, spreading the juice spoon by spoon in between. Pour the last of the juice over it when the baking dish is fully coated. Let it flow.
