- 150 g flour, type 405
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g mountain cheese
- 300 g tomato (s), ripe, diced
- 4 tablespoon parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Oregano, if possible wilder, dried

- Boil the potatoes in their skins. Drain, peel and press hot through a potato press. Work the flour and a generous pinch of salt into the potatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and oil a baking dish. Spread the potato dough in the mold in a thin layer. Cover with mountain cheese and diced tomatoes and sprinkle with grated parmesan and oregano. Salt and pepper heartily. Drizzle with olive oil and put in the hot oven.
