Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini
- Salt water
- 350 g chicken or turkey breast
- 1 pineapple or can
- 3 mandarins or 1 small can
- 300 g natural yourt
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
- 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder

- Boil the tortellini in salted water, drain in a colander and allow to cool. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and curry powder and fry until golden brown, then allow to cool.
- Peel the pineapple and tangerines and cut into small cubes. Mix mayonnaise or Miracel Whip, yoghurt and pineapple juice in a bowl to create a cream, season with salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Add the tortellini, tangerines and pineapple to the bowl. Cut the chicken into small pieces and add. Stir everything in well and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
