Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini
- 2 leeks, large
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 packs ham, cooked
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 cup beef broth, large, or more
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (Melfor), approx.
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- possibly oil (sunflower oil)

- Cook the tortellini and place in a large bowl. Cut the leek into very thin strips and rinse briefly. Dice the ham. Add the corn, leek, and ham to the bowl. Season everything with salt, pepper, fondor, vinegar and the broth. Then stir in the Miracel Whip. Possibly Just before serving, season with broth and oil again.
- Tastes good with grilled food.
