Ingredients
- 1 packet tortellini from the freshness shelf (dried ones also work)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 1 packet chives, parsley, frozen
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the onion + garlic, mix the pesto with 4 tablespoons of water; Put on the salad.
- Cut parmesan cheese into wafer-thin slices, sprinkle with herbs and parmesan, mix, season to taste and let rest for 1 hour.
- With dark balsamic vinegar, the salad doesn`t look really appetizing - but despite the dark vinegar it was an absolute hit at every party and not so fat with mayo and Co.
