- 500 g tortellini
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 4 tomato (s)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 150 g cheese (Edam)
- 1 glass lettuce cream
- 150 g yourt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley

- Cooking tortellini. Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Dice ham and cheese. Put everything in a large bowl. Mix the salad cream and yoghurt, put the garlic through the press into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and add to the sauce and mix everything together. It is best to let it sit overnight.
