Tortellini with Honey Tomatoes, Cream Cheese and Rocket

Instructions

Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely dice the garlic as well.
Halve the tomatoes, cut out the stem end and quarter or sixth, depending on the size. Wash the rocket.
Put hot water in a saucepan for the tortellini and let the tortellini simmer for about 4 minutes. Their filling can be chosen according to taste. Salmon tortellini were taken here.
At the same time, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium-sized pan and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 3 minutes. Then add the tomato pieces and heat briefly. Mix with honey and heat for another 2 minutes, let it steep and add the oregano.
Strain the tortellini and put them back in the saucepan. Add the contents of the pan and stir in the cream cheese under slight heat. Salt and pepper well.
Arrange the tortellini on the plates and top with rocket.
